After the epoxy floor paint reaches its service life, it will gradually aging, peeling off, cracking, or film damage caused by long-term wear. 1. Mechanical Paint Removal
Mechanical paint removal refers to the process of removing paint by means of a certain construction machine, such as manual polishing, shot blasting, high pressure (abrasive) jet and other methods, which can effectively remove the old floor paint layer.
2. Flame Paint Removal
If the bond between the old floor paint and the base is firm, the floor can be heated by flame to make the old paint coke and foam, and then eradicate the old floor paint with a scraper. This method is called flame paint removal.
3. Paint Removal by Alkali Solution
Alkali solution paint removal method is to use the corrosion of alkali solution to make the old paint film swell and soft, so as to achieve the purpose of removing the old floor paint film.
4. Paint Removal Agent
Paint remover can dissolve or swell the coating. It is an economic or paste, mainly composed of solvent with strong dissolving ability, paraffin, cellulose and so on.
